Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized Property Manager (CAM) to support day-to-day operations for our managed communities (condominiums/HOAs). This role focuses on communication, follow-through, vendor coordination, administrative compliance, and supporting board-directed operations. The ideal candidate is professional, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Resident & Board Support
- Respond to homeowner/resident inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
- Support board communication and follow-ups; track open items to completion
- Assist with preparing board packets and meeting materials as needed
Vendor & Maintenance Coordination
- Receive maintenance requests, gather details, and coordinate vendor scheduling
- Request and track proposals, COIs, W-9s, and vendor documentation
- Follow up on work completion, invoices, and resident/vendor communication
- Escalate emergencies or urgent issues per company procedures
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Maintain organized association records (digital filing, logs, approvals)
- Assist with violation letters, notices, and compliance tracking (as directed)
- Support move-in/move-out coordination and application tracking (as applicable)
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain action trackers (open projects, repairs, violations, vendor status)
- Provide weekly status updates and ensure tasks are closed out properly
- Follow documented workflows and timelines to ensure consistency
Qualifications
- Active Florida CAM license (required)
- 2+ years of HOA/Condo property management experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with vendors, residents, and board members professionally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and organized file management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
